Shipping & Returns

PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped.

SHIPPING

We ship throughout Australia via Australia Post and offer a flat rate standard shipping fee of $9.95 or Free standard shipping if your order is over $120.00

If you need your items urgently, we do offer an Express Post rate of $15.95.

 

INCORRECT OR RETURNED PARCEL

If Australia Post is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as "undeliverable", an additional postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.

EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS

All items purchased from Stone & Smudge are carefully checked over before being packaged and sent. However, from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact us page or email at hello@stoneandsmudge.com.au within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Stone & Smudge.
